1. Registration and Badge Pinning: Parents registered themselves at the registration desk, where students in charge affixed badges to parents, symbolizing the beginning of student’s journey in the school.

2. Spiritual Commencement: The program commenced with spiritual reflections including the Lord's Prayer, Bible reading, and a special prayer, fostering a sense of reverence and community.

3. Praise and worship songs: Students from Montessori delighted the audience with a vibrant welcome dance performance set to praise and worship songs, creating an atmosphere of celebration and warmth.

4. Principal's Address: Our Principal ma’am Ms. Peeya Sharma introduced herself, offering insights into the school's ethos, and shared Chairman Sir Dr. A.F. Pinto vision points, emphasizing the school's working culture.

5. Staff Introductions: Section incharge and staff teachers introduced themselves, establishing rapport with parents and showcasing the school's dedicated team.

AV Presentation: Parents were guided to the AV room for an informative presentation on Ryan Group of Institutions covering its background, achievements, and leadership under Madam Dr. Grace Pinto,details on school timings, uniform, digital platforms (Ryan OS app, My Classroom Board app), and other essentials were provided.
